A 3 bedroom caravan suitable for up to 8 guests with domestic grade double glazing, full gas central heating and a separate wc from shower room.

Smoking is not permitted by law in this caravan.

This caravan is available to hire from 1st March to the 2nd January each year.

All bookings are taken on a Sat-Sat basis .

We may consider short breaks during low/mid season or at short notice if available.

 The Park Operators "Parkdean Resorts" stipulate that caravans cannot be booked to single sex groups & at least one responsible adult (over 21) is in group.

Pets are welcome however this MUST be requested at time of booking as there are guidelines we follow as to when this is permitted. Pet owners are advised to contact Parkdean Resorts Trecco Bay to make sure their breed is one permitted on park prior to booking as we cannot be held responsible if asked to remove them from park.

The caravan comes with bed linen supplied, The kitchen has all the equipment, cutlery/crockery etc you should need during your stay along with a steam iron, ironing board, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, 9ltr dual air fryer, Fridge/freezer. In the lounge you'll find a  42" LCD wall mounted TV & DVD player.

Gas & Electric costs are included in booking price.

Some venues etc are only available to pass holders, Entertainment passes can be purchased from Reception for your stay (please contact Trecco bay for prices etc). 

Your Accommodation a 2 bedroom luxury caravan (En-Suite to main bedroom) with double patio doors from lounge leading to veranda, suitable for up to 6 guests with domestic grade double glazing, full gas central heating with WC/shower room.
