Terms & conditions

• All bookings are taken on a first deposit paid basis.
• Deposits of £60 per week are non-refundable.
• Only persons named on booking form are permitted to stay in holiday home overnight.
• maximum occupancy number levels must be adhered to with no exceptions.
• Your booking is for the use of our holiday home only, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any  facilities etc that are not available for your use on the holiday park during your stay.
• All bookings are taken on the understanding that there will be at least one responsible adult (Aged 21 or over) in booking party.
• The holiday park operates a no all same sex group booking policy in both company and private holiday homes at Trecco Bay & Redford (Certain exclusions to this rule apply, please contact us for details).
• Guests agree to abide by all park rules/regulations as set by Parkdean Resorts Trecco Bay (available from Parkdean resorts) & Redford Caravan Park, In the event of non-compliance guests can be asked to leave park, in such circumstances no refunds would be given.
• The use of electric scooters is not permitted on the park.
• The charging of Electric cars etc is not permitted from any caravan on park with no exceptions, Electric charge points are available in the main carpark  Trecco Bay(download the Vendelectric app and follow instructions). Redford Caravan Park currently has no charging facilities for Electric Vehicles.
• The supply of free electricity/gas is subject to fair usage
• Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home by law.
• Any damage to the holiday home and/or it's contents during your stay, the cost of replacement/repair will by payable by yourselves.
• Any damage etc MUST be reported to holiday home owner immediately and prior to end of your stay.
• Guests are reminded that they are responsible for their own safety and that of their belongings. 
• We strongly advise our guests to take out their own Holiday insurance to cover the full length of their stay.
• No pets permitted without prior agreement with holiday home owner, guests are required to check with Parkdean Resorts Trecco Bay that their specific breed of pet is permitted on park as we cannot be held responsible if asked to remove them.
• Guests are not permitted to carry out any form of business from the caravan during their stay.

Cancellation terms If a booking is cancelled the following will apply.

Guest cancels booking

More than 42 days £60 deposit

29 to 42 days        50% holiday price 

8 to 28 days        75% holiday price

7 days or less        100% holiday price

Owner cancels booking 

In the event of the caravan being not available due to circumstances beyond our control up to & including the commencement date of your holiday we will endeavour to find alternative accommodation to the value of original booking, If nothing is available then a full refund will be given and no claims for compensation of any kind will be entered into.
